Traffic Control Devices: Crews will install traffic control devices throughout the project area, including cones and signage, to safely guide motorists in the construction zones.
Utility Location and Surveying: Crews will take measurements and mark the ground to confirm exact locations for the work. Small, carefully controlled test holes (also called potholing) may be dug to safely locate existing underground utilities such as water, gas, or electrical lines.
