The Human Resources Department also oversees the Risk Management functions for the City. For questions regarding risk management claims or related services, please contact Kyle Koszewnik, Senior Insurance and Risk Manager.
To file a claim with the City, the City's Claim Form must be completed in its entirety and filed with the City Clerk's Office.
