The purpose of the May 14th and May 15th public hearings was to receive public input regarding the composition of potential Council election district boundaries.General Information Flyer including Map
Following the initial May 14th and 15th public hearings and input, Draft Maps (link posted May 23rd) and Proposed Election Sequencing of potential Council election district boundaries were published for consideration and public input at the May 30th and June 26th City Council public hearings.
Following the public hearing on July 11, 2018, the City Council adopted Ordinance 488 implementing district-based elections for seats on the City Council resulting in 4 Council Districts and an Elective Office of Mayor.
