Dignity at Home Fall Prevention Program

The County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency, Aging & Independence Services is providing free fall prevention kits to qualifying program participants!

Falls are a threat to the health of older adults and can reduce their ability to remain independent. However, falls don’t have to be inevitable as you age. There are proven ways to reduce and prevent falls, many of which occur at home. These home safety products aim to reduce the number of debilitating falls suffered by older adults and persons with disabilities. 

To qualify for this program, you must: 

• Be aged 60 and older or a person with a disability of any age
• Be a resident of San Diego County 
• Be at risk of falling
