2026 County Fair Street Banner Community Photoshoot

Get ready to represent your community! Solana Beach is participating in the 2026 San Diego County Fair’s Community Banner Program, and this is your chance to be featured on a street banner displayed throughout the county.

The photoshoot will take place on Tuesday, March 3, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM at La Colonia Community Center.

This year’s theme is “Once Upon a Fair,” so dress up as your favorite literary character and strike a pose! Themed props will be available, but feel free to bring your own creative touch.

There’s no cost to participate, and banners will be displayed along Highway 101 and Lomas Santa Fe Drive to promote the Fair. Best of all, every participant receives 2 free Fair admission tickets, plus their printed banner for free once the Fair ends!

Reserve your spot in advance by emailing kmoshki@cityofsolanabeach.ca.gov!  Please fill out this Photo Release Waiver and attach it in the your email to ensure you have a spot. Each participant will need a signed waiver to participate (minors require a guardian’s consent). 

Walk-ins are welcome, and waivers will be available at the photoshoot (parents must attend to sign the waiver for those under 18-years old).
