All About E-Bikes Webinar

What are electric bicycles? How do the rules of the road apply to e-bikers? Why are these things so popular all of the sudden? During the presentation, the San Diego County Bike Coalition will cover road safety, where to ride, how e-bikes work, what kinds of maintenance they need, and how to use them.
