Help Us Keep Solana Beach Clean and Green!

Beach Cleanup Stations

The City of Solana Beach has partnered with EDCO and Relic Coastal Collaborative to provide beach cleanup stations as a resource to protect the environment and make the beach a clean, safe space for all to enjoy.

Fletcher Cove Station

Seascape Sur Station

The beach cleanup station encourages community members and visitors to participate in environmental stewardship during leisurely activities at Fletcher Cove and Seascape Sur. Inspired by the DMVA Shoresaver Program, the stations are located near the trash cans and is equipped with six reusable baskets for beachgoers to use during their visit. The process is simple: grab a basket on your way in, collect any litter you see, empty the contents in a trash bin when you leave, and return the basket to the post.

The Fletcher Cove station was launched on Earth Day, April 26th, 2025 alongside the I Love a Clean San Diego Creek to Bay Clean-up Day!

The Beach Toy Borrow Box invites beachgoers to borrow, play, and return toys instead of purchasing single-use plastic items, helping keep our shoreline clean and clutter-free. Simply take a toy on your way in and return it when you leave!

A special thank you to Girl Scout Troop 2200 and troop leader Katie Mahzari for creating the box and generously donating the toys inside.
